Can you delete your Twitter account? Then make a new one using the same email?

I have a Twitter account that I never use, and I forgot what my password is, and I only use Twitter mobile, I never use the computer so can I retrieve my password still using mobile or will I have to get on the computer and do it? Or can I delete it mobile, then creat a new one using the same email? Please answer, thank you(:

Oh yeah. If you want to delete it they have a suicide site made for it. I don't know the specifics so that's for you to figure out, I know it was on the air of the Daily Buzz a lot of months ago.You put in your email, your name, the site and it deletes it. If you can find it then the spoils are yours my friend.
