How do you change your myspace layout when you already used one of myspace's layouts?

I went into the 'Profile Editor' on Myspace. I chose one of Myspace's layouts. Now I want to change it. But I want to use a layout from HTML on another website, not one of myspace's. I went into the 'Profile Editor' again and I tried to clear the myspace layout but it wouldn't work. When I just insert the HTML i want into the 'About Me' section it's still not working! I had the same problem when I was designing someone's page, and I can't seem to fix this issue no matter what I tried. So, please let me know if you find the answer to this. Sorry for not offering any help.
