How do I make my own myspace layout?

How hard would it be to make a myspace layout like this one?

• I want a layout like this one: http://www.createblog.com/myspace-layouts/34640-ignorance/ Or something similar, but I would like Kisschasy instead of Paramore. I cannot find any Kisschasy layouts that actually look okay, usually I would make one myspace but I uninstalled Photoshop and PSP. Do you know where I could find one, or know someone who could make one? Thanks.

  I would be able to make you one, but I haven't gotten to install PSP back onto my computer just yet, but I can tell you that if you look up an online photoshop website you can find somewhere with just enough tools to make something similar to that [I'm assuming you can use photoediting software.] as long as you know the html to put the layout together. Hope this helps a little bit. =]
