How can I change my myspace email?

I went into account setting and tried to change my myspace email twice already. I logged into my email account and I don't see any confirmation mail in my inbox or spam folder. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Answer:
on your main page just click on Account settings and the first option is email address then contact address, type in ur new email etc.
