Why Will My Yearbook not allow me to Create a Layout?

On www.myyearbook.com, I can Not Create my own layout anymore for some reason like it's Frozen. When ever I click "Create Layout" it takes me to the main box then Freezes or something and won't let me click on "Background Art" or "Text Change". It's just frozen at the Main little Box.
