How can I easily get an HTML code via a song by uploading it to site for free, and add it to my Myspace page?

I would like to add this podcast of Nic Sheff to my Myspace page in like a simple media player or whatever along with my profile song. But, I need a site where I can just like upload the podcast and get the html/embed code. I've tried some sites, but unfortunately none of them worked. When I added the codes to my "edit profile" section, I then viewed my page but it either had the link to it, or didn't show up at all. Please help me, I've been trying to work on this for awhile but no luck. Any help would be sweet :D Thanks guys!
