How do i make my own Myspace layout and banner, like on most bands Myspace page?

I've been trying to do this for a while and i cant find anything that would help me. I want to custom make my myspace layout and banner. I want a banner that will go over everything on my myspace page. For Example... http://www.myspace.com/jeffreestar http://www.myspace.com/fallinginreversemusic i want my myspace layout and banner to look similar to that. thank you for your help :)

They made a layout using custom HTML w3schools.com Its really quite an easy coding language to learn. I'm sure most bands just hire people to do it for them. You can also find many online.
