Why can't I download Firefox?

Why cant i download firefox? help?

  • i went to the firefox website and i clicked download so it was and then this thing popped up and asked for the administrator and password and i dont know what those are.. can someone help.. thanks

    Try it with no password. If this does not work you will need to contact the actually administrator of the machine.

When you first set your computer it ask for you to make a password for the the administrator. If their are multiple users then the person that set it up is the administrator. Ask them for the password. go to the control panel and open user accounts and see if there is a administrator to log in on. May not need a pass word but if you do I don't know how to find that out. Good luck
