Please help me convert video to mp3 format?

    i use AOA Audio Extracter, works like a charm http://www.aoamedia.com/audioextractor.htm it's a windows application, just open up the saved FLV video in it and select what type of audio you want out, an mp3, a wav or a wma. you select what bitrate you want, and hit extract and viola, you get an mp3 out of the video. been using this method to get music off youtube, rather safe and reliable.

you have to convert it to mp4 not mp3 and its easy just drag it to ur itunes
