Pay Pal help please can pay pal pinch your money?

hi i got problem with my pay pal account i paid but the seller didn't want to accept pay pal so i cancel the payment and when i ring to ask what happen with my money $675 they said they put them in my account two days ago but there is nothing in my debit card i ring my bank the card specialist said there is absolutely nothing... PLEASE HELP WHO HAS MY MONEY Can pay pal pinch my money?????????????????????????

They have put the money back into your paypal account. You'll have to transfer it back into your bank.

check your Transaction history if it says it was transferred its your bank that pinched it. if it doesnt say that, then give paypal a ring ask about that. maybe that dikhed accepted the money while u cancelled and something went wrong.

By your account they must have meant your PayPal account : Go to https://paypal.com , enter your login and password, then on your account page you should see the $675 You can transfer yout money back to your bank account by clicking Withdraw
