What's the easiest way to stream music online with URL access?

I need to stream music on a site that will allow each song to end with .mp3 (for example, http://www.music.com/song.mp3). Most popular services (grooveshark, soundcloud) don't do this.

you cant end it with .mp3, its impossible. You CAN on the other hand, use icecast and make it end with .m3u, which is the same thing. http://your-ip-address-goes-here:8000/song.ogg.m3u
