How do i create a windows email account?

If you've forgotten one of your windows live email account passwords , what can you do?

  • its been a long while since i used and logged into my windows live messenger and email account , ive forgotten the password, it only gives two options , to verify my identity by a secret question - which ive forgotten the answer to OR - to send the reset instructions to an email address , but it only gives the option to send the password reset instructions to the email account i can't access , that ive forgotten the password to - doesn't make sense ? ? anyone know what i can do ? is there a phone number for windows live messenger so i can sort it out over the phone ? its stupid the way i cant simply reset my password details and access my email account and messenger - whoever designed it needs there head tested .
