Windows Live Mail error?

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CC0E?

This has just started... I have removed my firewall and I have also unchecked the option in my virus scanner to NOT scan outgoing msgs. I need help as I am trying to send some important emails and no contacting my mail provider does not help as they have explained that I have everything correct when it comes to my address' and ports. Someone please help below is the error msg. I am receiving The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Re: time' Server: 'mail.wightman.ca' Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E Protocol: SMTP Port: 25 Secure(SSL): No Socket Error: 10060
