When do I get the money stardoll owes me? plz answer!?

I know it sounds childish to ask about Stardoll on Yahoo answers, but this is REALLY irritating me. I have this stardoll account I've had FOREVER, and sometimes I still go onto my account for nostalgia purposes. I decided to give the account a makeover, so I tried to earn more money. Recently, I have participated in a Cint survey worth 200 starcoins and downloaded the SD toolbar, which is worth 100 starcoins- they told me so, as to Superstars it is worth 10 stardollars. This means that I have a total of 300 starcoins coming to me. But I've been waiting, and they haven't delivered the money to me. It really irritates me because it seems like they cheated me out of the money when I earned it. When am I going to get it? Does anyone know of a way I can get it more quickly?
Answer:

Sounds like it's not real money and you didn't "earn" it. If you have a problem with a website or company...you need to contact them. Not us.

Must be a glitch. Email stardoll about it. Send the message a few times, and ask your friends/people in clubs if the same thing has happened to them. It's never happened to me because I'm never eligable to do these surveys o;
