How To Increase Internet Speed In Beam?

I have prob with my internet speed..because my friend is using torrent..how to increase speed for my laptop?

  • my friend is using bittorrent with greedy torrent..we r using same internet i told him to stop dowloading from torrent bcoz i can not open site also..internet is very slow..but he is not closing it..is there is software tht i can block his torrent from same ip address .. and how can i increase my internet speed for my laptop..pls help...thanks...

Change the internet password. Find out what he's torrenting, if it's porn or something that would embarrass him, you can blackmail him There are way more possibilities.

If you have access to his computer when he is away (5 mins is sufficient) then you can fix his bandwidth usage (Max upload and max download rate) in the torrent setting. It, most probably will be in options>preferences>bandwidth. You can set it to say.. 15 or something.. and hope that he doesn't find out.. hehehe
