Why can't I receive my PayPal payment?

Hi. I was wondering why I can't receive my PayPal payment. I've tried on both my accounts (both unverified because I do not want to share credit card/bank information via the internet) and the payment hasn't shown up. I received an e-mail notifying me of the payment (It's legit, I'm not being scammed) but it isn't showing up. They had just sent it a couple minutes ago but the e-mail arrived now. Whats going on? The Email: (From [email protected], NOT a scam.) The buyer can hold up your payment by requiring the seller to have a verified account. It keeps them from getting scammed. PayPal is safe, just put in the info needed to verify your account. I do all my credit card & banking via the internet.

The payment might be sent via credit card so you need to confirm it first before it will be credited on your account. And if you really intend to use Paypal, verify it for more security.
