How to fix my Internet Explorer?

  • Every time I start my Internet Explorer my entire computer just slows down and freezes up. The homepage doesn't even start up and even after I close it my computer is still slow. I tried resetting my Internet Explorer but I can't even do that. I also did a virus scan, but it came up clean. Its Internet Explorer 9. Can you help me?
