Having trouble uploading new template for my Blogger account, HELP!?

I found a great blogger template on Pyzam.com and followed all of the directions for uploading it to my Blogger account and every time it gives me an error page. I even tried uploading a different template in case it was just something wrong with that particular template but still not luck. I am copying the code from pyzam.com, going to the 'edit HTML' section on Blogger and erasing everything in the box and pasting in the new template code. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?????? PLEASE HELP!
