How to configure firewall and proxy in opera so i can download torrents?

my opera bittorrent download doesn't start even I've tried it soo many times. It was working nicely for some weeks, but I dunno what changes have been made so it won't work anymore. When I click "test", it said something about the firewall and proxy, and that I should unblock opera. How is the way to do that, about configuring firewall and proxy, and unblocking the opera?? really thank you a lot for your contributions.

Answer:
It's the windows firewall it's talking about. Go to the Security Centre and add it to the allowed programs in your firewall.
