What is the best Internet Service Provider for constantly switching IP addresses?

  • I have some testing to do with something, and it requires for me to switch different ip addresses many different times endlessly like everyday on the hour. I would like to know what is the best ISP with the greatest amount of ip address pools so when I'm constantly switching ip addresses I am always getting a different ip address without any problems. I would like something like dial-up as this is just a test and I'm not looking for some high quality ISP, I just need one speffically for switching ip addresses that can cost less as possible but I can constantly get a new ip address with ease. I am planning on switching my ip address like 5,000 or more times. So what is the best ISP for constantly and always switching ip addresses? Please give me a list as many as you can think of.

well i have at&t and every time i unplug the modem i get a new ip address. and when i dont want to unplug it i just do the CDM commands ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew and walla new ip after closing the cmd promt
