Is there a way to delete all your favorite videos on youtube?

Is there a way to export / back up your favourites, viewing history videos etc in youtube?

i asked a question earlier explaining that when i click ' viewing history ' in youtube, there is only a 110 videos ? but the amount of videos ive watched is tons more than only 110 videos . i explained that months ago, i had a couple of thousand videos in my viewing history , but my chrome browser crashed one day or something happened , and it drastically reduced the viewing history to only a couple of hundred ? not sure if i ran some sort of cleaner or youtube clears out the videos in the viewing history? someone answered before and explained that theres a way to export / back up your favourites, viewing history videos etc - incase your youtube gets deleted for some reason. i wondered does anyone know a way to do this or has heard about it ?
