"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"?

• While going on a website that I frequently visit, I clicked a link that brought me to another place on the website. For some reason, it said, "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I didn't think much of it at first, but now, it's still like that. I even tried the diagnostics test that Internet Explorer 8 provides (don't get on me for what internet browser I use, because frankly, I do not care. If I can get on the internet and do what I need to do, I'm fine). Didn't work. Figuring it was possibly the computer, I used my mother's laptop. Same thing. For a while, I could actually view the page only from my iPod, and now that has even ceased to work. I resorted to getting onto the page on my cell phone, but now it's broken (but that's irrelevant). I've scoured so many websites looking for an answer, but have not found any. I have even downloaded a new web browser, which doesn't offer a diagnostics test, or anything, for that matter. Sometimes I think that it's my internet provider that, for whatever reason, is causing this site not to load, but I don't know how that would work or if it is even a logical possibility. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm growing very tired of this problem.

  Well, you can should change you settings. First go to your internet options then press advanced and then press reset. After that if it doesnt work, go to internet option again, and go to security and change the "level for this zone" to low, also you can go to privacy and change the level to low.
