How to redirect link for comment in a blog?

I have a website and I wanna leave the link in a redirect link format in a comment on other's blog (which could be opened in a new tab) I know how to do it if it's my blog post, with editing the template like this <a href="http://www.example.com" onclick="window.open(this.href,'newwin') But when I do the same with comment, it doesnt work Please help me :(

Answer:
<a href="http://www.example.com/" target="_blank">Some link</a> Don't leave the trailing slash off a website address either. It works, but it's not right.
