• Hi there. ive been trying to figure out a way to take serveral internet connections and combine them into a virtual internet interface and then resend it out to a router as one connection. Where for example there are serveral internet connection coming from multiple companies, the server would have internet connection 1, internet connection 2, and internet connection 3. where all of the connection have different download and upload rates. say i take said connections and combine them and put them through a lan into my wireless router for a single stronger connection. so as one of my connections fail ill will 2 other connection to fall back on, so thusly my internet speed would decrease until it reconnects with the failed internet. Is there a way to do this. I have done some work with this but i am not sure if this can be done through linux, or through a windows server OS, or just plain old windows. But any leads would be great because i'm pretty lost to what i am doing. -Thanks. P.S No bashes on what its exactly for, i just want to know if it can be done, and what OS is the best to acheive it on. Also any leads as to how to actually do it will get my vote. = }

  Not sure how it would done in a home environment but in datacenters it's possible. It's called bonding. Let's say you have two 10Megabits lines. You can bond them to have one 20Megabits line.
