Solucija - Why won't my phone send pictures to my email?

Sorry, I know this is in the wrong category, but no one is answering in the mobile one. Hopefully someone technical can help. I have an LG KF310 (old phone, I know) and Im tryng to send a picture that is on my phone to my email but it won't work. I go on the picture, press options, press send and then press email. I type my email address in the "to" box and then press send. All it does is stay in my outbox saying waiting. I do have credit. I have like $20 credit. Why won't it send? How do I fix it?

3 Pre-requisites before sending the picture to your email. 1. Data plan for your phone 2. You need a Pop3 enabled Email account. Just search on google Pop3 + name of email provider for example Pop3 Gmail. and you will get details on that 3. You need to setup the email account on your phone. Again if you just search Phone Model + email on google you can findout how to set that up. If you haven't done any of the above 3, it will not work. Sorry was not 2 percises but these 3 steps are most crucial and fix most problems.
