How to find out my bank reference number?

How can i find my order with a reference number?

  • i have a reference number from my credit card info, but no order number because i choose the option to make an account later >_> The order number is different than the reference number, because the reference number is 4 or 5 number bigger than the what it lets me put in the box to track my order on the website i ordered it from.i could call, but what would i say? wheres my order?

    if you call, most of the time they can look your info up with the reference #, that is why they give you a reference #. Just tell the operator that you need to look up your order and you have the reference #.

You can make an account now, it should let you track an order that was sent to your address. You could call, or just wait and see if it comes tomorrow.
