How do I change my tumblr default picture?

I went to my blog & clicked on settings & then I said profile picture with like the little default guy & it won't let me click on it & change it. What do I do & am I even doing this right?

Answer:
There should be a little button that says choose file for a new picture. If it doesn't work, you can contact Tumblr by their email and they could try and help you.
