How do you embed your your username?

What is the ideal site to upload own MP3 file where I can get the 'embed code' that can autoplay by itself?

I have browsed almost all results I got from the other Yahoo Answers users' questions related to this... I even already tried out the sites (MP3 hosting/uploading sites) where they said it provides 'embed codes' but unfortunately they don't 'autoplay... I have also tried that html code inserting the URL of my MP3 file (hosted by 4shared): <embed width="200" src="http://yoursite.com/yourmusic.mp3" autostart="false" loop="false" height="50"></embed> But it doesn't work for me because whenever I paste it to my Multiply profile, it would only show "Click here to download plugin." It's a hassle for me already to do all that downloading... Also, I found the MP3 file in Aimini.net but it's not 'autoplay'. I did that adding html code autoplay="true" to the embed code but it doesn't work at all... Even to those other site's embed code like in 4shared or divshare... PLZ HELP!!! Can you recommend a site that will let you upload an MP3 file and provide the 'embed code' which is already set in 'autoplay' or 'autostart'? I am thinking of uploading my own made sound file (MP3) anyway in the future for embedding on my blogging site preferably Multiply... Onegasihimasu!!!
