Which is better: ATT U-Verse or Cable?

Which is more reliable internet service, cable or uverse? i mean truly, more reliable? i want to order?

  if you can get uverse get it, other companies have their own version, if it's available in your area. But uverse gives you more bandwidth (upgradeable, starts at cable speeds and can triple)
