Which broadband plan is better and why?

I would like some help regarding choosing a better BSNL broadband plan?

• Hi. i live in Nagpur. i was considering getting a new broadband connection. i came across some Bsnl broadband plans. Plz guide me which would be better. 1. unlimited broadband usage at 512kbps for 750Rs./month 2. 4Mbps for first 8GB and then unlimited at 256kbps for 900Rs./month apart from this there is BSNL EVDO Card, which is a USB data modem which is 3.1Mbps unlimited at 750Rs./month. at first look it seems that EVDO Card would be better option as it gives unlimited at 3.1mbps at just 750Rs. but they say that they cant guarantee what actual speed it would catch. So plz help me choosing from one of these plans, and it would be really helpful if some existing EVDO Card user tells me how his modem performs.. my basic use is orkut, facebook, youtube and yahoo mail, but i also like to download big files like movies and Tv Shows from torrents. Kindly help me. Thanks in advance
