Does anyone one know how to get information on a website's internet traffic statistics?

I need some help I'm looking for those kinds of websites that display the statistics on internet traffic. except I'm looking for a site that gives the information on a regional chartlike in this photo. http://89.108.116.112/photos/0000017/979.jpg do you know of any websites that like this? the photo is of a website I came across a long time ago but I forgot what it was called. can anyone know the name of this website or a similar website that does the same.
