Why isnt my internet working on my dsi?

it actually wont work. i try to accept the terms as it tells me to, but then it tries to connect to the internet and i cant do that. there is this picture i really like and i try to put it on facebook. is there any other way of putting pictures on the internet? please help!!

Answer:
Save the picture on an SD card and upload it from your computer. Are you sure you've set up the internest with the correct SSID and WEP/WPA/WPA2 key? If not that'll be the reason you can't connect. Also have you got the latest system update? Maybe that's why you can't connect. I don't know what's wrong.
