Why can't my TI-84 Plus connect to my computer?

My computer cant connect to the internet?

• Hey guys, I have an Hp Compaq Presario C700 notebook PC. About 2 months ago, I used to go online using the dsl I have at home(wired). When I went to travel and came back i found that the computer couldnt connect any longer. I point at the internet sign at the bottom right of the screen and it says " the dependency service or group failed to start" . When I open the network menu, nothing appears even though the dsl port lights green. When I try to create a new connection it says the attempt to connect was unsuccessful. When I try to diagnose the prob, I cant because it needs something called the diagnostics policy service which also doesnt work because acess is denied. However, in the past, other network connections worked. What worries me is that the other computers beside mine work on the connection. What is happening and what can I do to solve it?

  mine did something similar to that before it wasn't exactly the same but i made a new user on my computer and the new user was able to connect it happened twice on my computer and it didn't detect the internet on that user so i had to make a new one
