Can I start up internet explorer in 32-bit mode?

My hp laptop with windows 7 is a 64-bit and when I need to use the internet at my school, it says that 64-bit users have to start it in 32-bit mode and I dont know how to do this.

Please don't try to delete IE, you will have trouble as it is part of Windows, Get Firefox, greatest browser ever built, no more problems with this beauty. I have tried the rest, use only the best. And the Add Ons are great too.
