What is a link wheel? How does it work?

Why wont Firefox work?

  • The photo editing site wouldn't work on Internet Explorer, and I searched the web and found I might need to use Mozilla Firefox, so I downloaded it and set it as my default browser, however when I clicked on the link to start it up, but nothing happened, so I re-started my computer to install updates, after it re-booted, I clicked on it to open it again, a wheel span beside my mouse indicating it was working on something, the wheel stopped spining nd nothing happened, so I tried again but the same thing happened, I opened Internet Explorer and scearched around for the answer, however nothing like this happened to anyone else, or anything I could find anyway, any help? 1.
