How can I get back my missing Outlook Express??

After installing Internet Explorer 8 I found I could not access Outlook Explorer. When I try, two messages come up 1/ Says "Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to reate the fond cache object. Your computer may be out of memory or your disc is full". 2/ said "Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initiated. Outlook Express may not be installed correctly". I have had so much trouble with IE 8 that I do not want to reinstall it. But how can I get Outlook Express back? It's a nightmare for a non-technical person like me. Please, can anyone help? Thanks!!!!!!!!!
Answer:

Go to: Add and remove, then if in Windows XP to left side icon you will see "add and remove windows components. IT opens windows components wizard click a check in the box next to "out look express" boom done! Next!

Reinstalling Outlook Express by finding MSOE50.INF in your C:\Windows\inf folder should fix that. Once you've found the file, right click and select install. reboot when done.
