Why does my hotmail email body text window take so long to load?

WHen ever I go to send or reply to an email the window to enter the email address, subject etc laods fine but then the actual text window where you write the body of the email takes ages to load (around 40 seconds to a minute). This happened before and then it went away again. now its back and very anoying. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks
