How to upload a video on the Internet?

In my Iphone how can I upload a video from "videos" and not from "gallery" to the internet?

    If your phone is jailbroken you can use the Cydia app iFile to move the videos or you can use OpenSSH with WinSCP to do the same thing. If it's not you can't. If you're not jailbroken the only option you have is to hook your device up to your computer and copy the files from your iPhone to your hard drive and upload them to the web that way.
