Hello! I am having trouble resizing a gif. image. I am using the image as an avatar for Windows Live Messenger, but the file must be under 200 KB in order to be utilized. I have tried multiple times and various ways to resize the image, but have not reached success. I would greatly appreciate someone's help! Thanks.
