From Bookmarks I DO NOT get Organize Bookmarks??? How do I access Bookmarks Manager??? For version 9.0.1, not the older versions of FF

Answer:
Press CTRL + SHIFT + B, a library window showing all your bookmarks should open. At the top, there's menu system, choose either 'Import from HTML' or 'Import another Browser'
