How do you totally delete your AIM account?

i made an AIM screen name and i messed up on the name and i didnt realize it until it said Congrats you just made your new screen name... ( i know stupid me) and i want to like totally delete it so it like never existed. like what you can do with myspace. is it possible if so how??

Unfortunately, I don't think you can delete it. I've searched around and couldn't find anything

You really cant fully delete an account. I would just not use that account and make a new one. simple as that! To make a new account go on aim.com! Why would you want to delete the account?
