How can I check my Internet Explorer browser?

Internet explorer 8 problem please help???????

Okay so I use firefox 3 as my main internet browser but there's some things that can't download with firefox 3 but it says you have to use internet explorer so I had internet explorer 7 for a while then I thought I would try internet explorer 8 but when i'm on youtube it say's i need flash player or higher or my add on might be disabled so I go check it out and everything is enabled anyone getting the same problem and might be able to help me out?

No I have not - But I updated Java the other day just to be sure I was OK - This may be what you need to do - Or D/load Adobe flash player - Be careful if you have an old version of Adobe Flash as you may need to uninstall it prior to installing the latest version -
