Paying for an ebay item using paypal?

I have a paypal account. My bank account is confirmed, so I could transfer funds from my bank account to my paypal account. I do not have a credit card. Sometimes when paying with ebay they ask for a backup source of payment- which is a credit card. Also, because I dont have a credit card my street address can not be confirmed on paypal, will a seller still be able to accept an unconfirmed street address? Thank you. I tried the ebay help but they did not answer my exact question

They should be able to, but it all depends on if they're willing to. Some sellers have a rule that they don't sell to unconfirmed PayPal users, but that's usually easy to get past.

i used a debit card and as a secondary, my bank acct and routing number. i dont use credit card either. this works for me.
