IMVU.com not letting me sign in?

It lets me on the messenger but not the website. It says "Error: invalid avatar namee or password" but everything I typed was right....I tried changing my password and everything. It also lets me check it on my phone but not the pc....I have tried requesting a password change and everything but it still isn't letting me sign in. I have tried different web browsers and everything. Please help me :/ Easy points!
