Who provides the best and cheapest "International Wireless Internet" Service? i.e., Verizon,Sprint T-Mobile?

Im going to Afghanistan next month and I would like to take my laptop with me because and I heard that its not guaranteed that wireless internet will be provided in our barracks. Any suggestions? Thanks

Answer:
First of all, those cards will not work unless you have 3G cell phone coverage, which I doubt you will have in Afghanistan. Second, of those 3, T-Mobile is the only one that even has a chance of working because Verizon and Sprint use a different technology (CDMA) than the rest of the world (GSM) for their cell phones. If anything is going to work, it would be AT&T because they use the same technology and frequencies as most of the world but it's still iffy and I don't know what the costs are.
