How can I get paypal to release my money?

• Hi, I recently sold my old BlackBerry on eBay for £195 and happily thought I received the money through pay pal and went to withdraw the money into my bank account.....only to discover the money was being withheld for 21 days at the least! I have never sold anything about £50 on eBay before so this has come as a nasty surprise to me! I have tried using the method of giving the buyer a £0.01 refund to release the funds but PayPal have obviously caught onto this as it hasn't worked for me. I have contacted my buyer because she hasn't left me positive feedback as of yet, I don't believe she actually uses eBay much as I was her first seller so I doubt she knows she needs to leave feedback! I need the money by this weekend so how can I get it released soon enough? I understand this measure it taken to ensure the sale of genuine goods. However, the issue I realise on eBay is of fraudulent buyers sending fake payment e-mails etc via PayPal and not the other way around! I regard this as a highly unfair process taken by PayPal, and what takes the p*** even more is that they charge me £5.00 to withdraw my money if I don't want to wait a week for it to appear in my actually bank account. I apolgise for the slight rant in this post but thanks for your help in advance :)

  The best wa to get your money is call PayPal and also contact the buyer and resolve the problem.
