How do you send a message on Tumblr?

Why is my Tumblr not working?

  • Today, I went to check my Tumblr and a security message popped up telling me to change my password. So, when it asked me to enter my email for them to send me the instructions for resetting my password, I did as told. It told me that if I do not receive the email, to check my Junk Mail (which I did), It was not there. Tumblr also said that if I was still not getting the email, to go to their help documents. I clicked on the help documents and it takes me back to the security message. What can I do?

    Email support ([email protected]) and just hope they respond back. I've emailed them twice and got nothing :/

Same thing happened to me! Luckily I had a different email account on tumblr and different web browser. It effected my Safari web browser and my google chrome as well but my other email was fine on firefox when I logged in. I recommend you making a new account or a different tumblr account (a different email) on the web browser that isn't messed up. Make sure not to enter your previous email on the new web browser because the same thing will happened and you will never have access to tumblr on your computer. You have to make a new account. DO NOT KEEP RESETTING YOU PASSWORD ON DIFFERENT COMPUTERS AND WEB BROWSERS, THOSE COMPUTERS WILL BE EFFECTED AS WELL. (If you do not want to use a different account or make a new one try resetting your web browsers.) I hope this helps!!
