My browser cannot connect to the internet.

Internet browser wont connect to internet help plz!?

  • Just bought a new router and all devices/ computers running on wireless work. The wired computer which was used to setup the router says its connected to the internet but the browsers and programs cant connect. I tried winsock reset and checked internet options. I dont know what to do now.Any help is appreciated. Thanks

    you should post more info: router current settings how you are connecting to router (wired?wireless?) what operating system you are using

Log back into the router, check the status page and confirm it has connection to the ISP. Find out the IP address of Google and ping it, if that works try pinging "Google.com". If pinging Google fails try setting the DNS settings on your computer to 8.8.8.8 and try again
