Get ANY website's message board on the internet shut down?

This is what you do. Get a person that lives in a country where child porn is legal and they know how to evade IP bans. Have them spam child porn on the website and then have them report the incident to the FBI. The FBI will shut down the board after enough complaints on child porn. Some hacker did this with the Nintendo forums. He spammed porn on the site 24/7 and the admins couldn't keep him banned because he could change his IP. Nintendo had to shut down their forums.
