Ebay? r power sellers scammers? how can i tell if the item is purchased was shipped or not?

lol @ your question. No offense. I'm an eBay PowerSeller and I'm definitely not a scammer. People only get to be eBay PowerSellers by being reliable and trustworthy on eBay, aside from making a lot of sales and money, of course. But anyways, onto the other part of your question, you should definitely try to contact the seller first. Ask when the item was shipped, tell him/her you have not yet received it, and ask for an estimated arrival date. It sounds like you should have received the item by now. Though it has taken me up to a month to receive items from overseas countries. Shipping time also largely depends on how an item is shipped. I've received items from China in under a week because they've used international priority shipping. I've also received items from China in just around a month because the seller chose a cheaper and slower shipping method. If there is a problem with your shipment, most likely the seller will offer to refund your money or send you a replacement item. If you jump to conclusions and contact eBay before you contact the seller, you might end up not getting anything at all. It's best to try to handle all communication with the seller prior to going to eBay. You'll find that most sellers, especially PowerSellers, are incredibly reasonable people if you explain your situation to them rather than automatically dinging them with negative feedback without warning. Of course, if the seller does not have a good reason why your item is late and does not offer to replace or refund you money, then your next step should be to file a PayPal dispute to get your money back.

Try to contact your seller. If that doesnt work. Use Ebay Resolution Center if this was done with paypal you will be able to most likely get your refund

Go the your ebay account and click on your won item and under seller info there should be a link "Ask a question" . Click on it and ask them if and when it was shipped.
